Return Policy

Due to the intimate nature of the items we sell, we are unable to return or exchange purchased toys and products unless defective. This is for the health, safety and peace of mind of our customers.

Any item that is designed to come into contact with any body part or fluid is non-returnable and non-resalable. Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used, and therefore cannot be returned.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Douche/Enema Kits

Gags And Ropes
Lingerie, Shoes And Men's Wear
Lubes, massage oils, condoms, and body paints are also not returnable.

You can return any item on the site that becomes defective during the first 30 days of ownership for a replacement product. Any defective item will be replaced with the same item. Refunds are not offered. Some products offer more extensive guarantees by the manufacturer. Warranties

Returning an item

If you live close to one of our Toys Tonight stores you may return the defective item directly there. For hygiene we can not accept returns on lingerie or on toys that are not defective. No refunds. Otherwise you'll have to mail your item back to Toys Tonight 203 NW 36th Street Miami, FL 33127

The only identifying marks are your mailing address and our warehouse address. The name “Toys Tonight” does not appear anywhere on the outside of your package, instead packages will be marked from “Shipping Department” or something similar.
