Gift Certificates & Promotional Certificates
All Promotional Certificates are treated as coupons, must have a valid code and need to be used before the expiration date. The promotional certificate has no cash value and can only be used once. Once the promotional certificate is used it will become invalid, regardless if only a portion was used. Promotional Certificates can be used online or in store. If you are shopping online, simply click on the link where it says Coupon/Gift Certificate in your shopping cart and enter the code. No refunds in cash or credit can be made to purchases made with a promotional certificate. Keep your code in a safe place and away from the eyes of others, if someone else uses it before you do, you will be out of luck as the code becomes invalid once used.
Gift Certificates purchased by a users are valid for one year from the purchase date and they may be used until the balance is depleted. No cash reimbursements or reimbursements to credit cards is allowed. Currently Gift Certificates purchase by a customer may only be used for online transactions, but we hope to extend the service to our stores as well in the near future.
